T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) once again expressed its appreciation for outstanding employees and distinguished customers by offering them pilgrimages through the PNM Employee Reward program. In this latest edition of the program, the winners were given the opportunity to visit Jerusalem as a token of appreciation from the company.
Prior to embarking on their journey, a group of 12 outstanding individuals from PNM, consisting of account officers, senior account officers and esteemed customers, had the chance to meet with PNM's business director Prasetya Sayekti, at the PNM Tower in Kuningan, South Jakarta, during the Employee Reward farewell ceremony.
"Ladies and gentlemen, and dear colleagues, you are the best of the best. It is your achievements, contributions and perseverance that drive PNM forward, pushing the Indonesian grassroots economy. It is important to remember that this pilgrimage reward is a form of appreciation from the company to all of you here, as well as to inspire all employees, especially in delivering their best contributions to the company's performance. Please share the positive experiences you will gain as an encouragement for all PNM individuals that hard work will lead us to unimaginable outcomes. I wish you a safe journey and an enriching experience there. May you always be accompanied by the prayers and blessings of your beloved families. We hope you enjoy this journey and don't forget to always pray for PNM to continue delivering the best for Indonesia," said Prasetya
PNM will continue organizing such reward activities as part of the company's efforts to enhance the quality of its human resources and customers. It is hoped that initiatives like this will not only be limited to honoring outstanding PNM individuals but also to strengthen the sense of belonging among PNM individuals toward the company. This is crucial to nurture and maintain a strong sense of ownership among all members of the PNM community.
PNM is a financing institution and empowerment partner for underprivileged women in Indonesia through the ultra-micro business sector. PNM not only provides business capital but also conducts various training programs to improve product quality. To date, there are 15.2 million PNM customers across Indonesia.
In essence, PNM works toward empowering customers through financing and mentoring. Financing and mentoring are two sides of the same coin that cannot be separated from each other.
