onrad Bali guests, the hotel’s team members and the public joyfully engaged in a fun and invigorating fitness event titled “Rhythms of Empowerment” as they celebrated International Women’s Day on March 3, at 5 p.m.

The celebration was hosted by Conrad Bali, a luxury beachfront resort located on the southern coast of Bali, in collaboration with Poundfit Bali Community.

International Women’s Day, established by the United Nations in 1975, is a day of collective global activism and celebration that belongs to all those committed to forging women's equality.

“This year’s theme, ‘Inspire Inclusion’, seamlessly aligns with Conrad Bali’s unwavering commitment to creating an inclusive, welcoming, and empowering workplace for all,” said Conrad Bali general manager Kevin Girard, in a statement.

A joyous and heart-pumping full cardio workout for all fitness levels, Poundfit incorporated rhythmic music and drumming-inspired choreographed movements, while its emphasis on synchronization fostered a sense of community and solidarity among participants.

“Through the Rhythms of Empowerment event, we are creating a space where women from all walks of life can unite to celebrate their strength, resilience, achievements, and diversity,” said Kevin Girard, referring to the exuberant, community-oriented event.

He went on to point out, “We believe that the theme of this year’s International Women’s Day, Inspire Inclusion, should be a guiding principle that permeates every aspect of our society. Poundfit embodies this principle by nurturing a sense of empowerment for all.”

Conrad Bali, as part of the Hilton group, invests in an inclusive work culture, offering industry-leading benefits and strong development programs that enable every female team member to thrive personally and professionally.

Since its establishment in 2004, the property has remained committed to the physical and mental well-being of all team members, providing holistic opportunities to support their health and happiness in the workplace.

In recognition of its exceptional workplace culture and employee-centric policies that prioritize inclusion, wellness, recognition and growth, last year Hilton was named the No. 1 World’s Best Workplace by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture.

It marked the first time a hospitality company had achieved the top honor in this prestigious list.

The hotel revealed that as a testament to its commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, Hilton had also been recognized as a Best Workplace for Women across several countries.
