enaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort has unveiled R.E.N Meetings, a unique event experience designed to seamlessly combine modern sophistication with local charm, transforming events into captivating experiences.
From grand galas to intimate gatherings, Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort offers a range of venues fit for every occasion.
With a maximum capacity of 1,100 people, the pillar-less Mainstage is the largest ballroom, equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual capabilities and adorned with a sparkling chandelier, flowing curtains and small flower-shaped lights to create a modern and stylish atmosphere. Meeting amenities, including pads, pens, glassware, water and edibles, enhance the meeting experience by fostering productivity, comfort and engagement among participants.
For important meetings, the Boardroom offers a sophisticated and professional setting capacity of up to 12 people. Combining state-of-the-art technology and local design elements, the space has been designed to meet a variety of needs, whether as a comfortable waiting area or a functional dining space.
Meanwhile, the Theater offers the perfect environment for meetings, presentations and special occasions with its exceptional natural lighting. High walls made of transparent glass allow natural daylight to fill the space, creating a warm and open atmosphere that helps create a fresher and more comfortable atmosphere. The theater is designed with a maximum capacity of 40 persons, with a design that allows comfortable seating, enabling participants to focus on the content of the meeting.
Each space at R.E.N Meetings is adorned with contemporary decor and state-of-the-art equipment, setting the stage for an extraordinary event. Catering menus are thoughtfully crafted to infuse local flavors, adding an authentic touch to your dining experience.
