Karma Beach introduces Warung Pantai, a new culinary delight in paradise

Karma Beach has officially opened Warung Pantai, a new beachside bistro created by Karma group executive chef Joseph Antonishek.

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Warung Pantai blends vibrant pan-Asian cuisine with a beautiful beachside setting, offering a diverse array of dishes with a unique twist on a seasonal menu inspired by Antonishek’s travels through Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, India and Indonesia.

“At Karma Group, we are always creating new experiences. Over the past couple of years throughout my travels in Southeast Asia as Karma Group’s executive chef, I have discovered many incredible pan-Asian dishes along the way, which we would like to share with our members and guests at the beach,” said Antonishek.

Warung Pantai also features classic and innovative tandoori specialties. Guests can look forward to enjoying starters like jumbo crab summer rolls with passion fruit dipping sauce, Cambodian fish cakes and Thai crispy mushrooms; as well as Kerala chicken moilee, Malaysian asam laksa and a Vietnamese-inspired pork tomahawk chop for the main menu. Desserts are equally tempting, with options like pineapple rum crème brûlée and milo panna cotta.

The chef expressed his excitement and inspiration through a plate of mouth-watering delicacies.

“We are proud and excited to share the many wonderful cuisines of the various Asian countries in which Karma Group has resorts located. There couldn't be a better location to experience these dishes, nestled by the seaside along the world-famous Karma Beach in our newly renovated casual beach restaurant,” he said.
