anksi tegas terhadap pejabat pajak dan bea cukai yang korup kemudian menguak beberapa praktik ilegal memperkaya diri di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan. Modusnya mulai dari memanfaatkan celah administrasi hingga memiliki saham di beberapa perusahaan yang bisnisnya jelas-jelas memicu konflik kepentingan.

Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) berencana menyerahkan temuan yang berpotensi menuju tindak pidana pencucian uang yang dilakukan oleh ratusan petugas pajak. Hal tersebut dinyatakan oleh Deputi Pencegahan dan Monitoring KPK Pahala Nainggolan, pada Kamis (9 Maret 2023).

Kepada wartawan di Jakarta, Pahala mengatakan bahwa KPK telah menandai 134 pejabat pajak yang memiliki saham di 280 perusahaan. Perusahaan tersebut bergerak di berbagai sektor, termasuk jasa konsultasi pajak. Penyidik memantau perusahaan yang berisiko menjadi sarang koruptor, misalnya yang menawarkan cara menghindari pajak dengan menyuap petugas pajak.

“Jika mereka [menerima uang] melalui transfer bank, transaksi akan muncul di laporan kekayaan mereka. Tapi kalau uang yang diterima melalui perusahaan [sulit dilacak] karena KPK tidak memiliki wewenang memeriksa keuangan perusahaan,” tambah Pahala.

Menurut Pahala, sebagian masalah bersumber pada peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 94 Tahun 2021 tentang Pajak Penghasilan, misalnya, tidak melarang pegawai negeri menjadi pemilik saham sebuah perusahaan. Padahal, kepemilikan saham ini rentan memicu konflik kepentingan. Kepemilikan saham ini pula yang tidak dimasukkan dalam laporan kekayaan tahunan oleh 134 staf Kementerian Keuangan yang saat ini dipantau KPK. Beberapa saham didaftarkan atas nama pasangan atau anggota keluarga lainnya.

KPK akan menyerahkan hasil pemeriksaan kepada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan pada Jumat.
