eauty Indonesia, an international trade exhibition specifically for the cosmetic and beauty industry for professionals, is set to be held next year from April 19-21 in Jakarta.
As Indonesia’s first trade-only show, the event will represent various beauty sectors including ingredients, packaging and machinery, finished cosmetics, toiletries and personal care, beauty salons, wellness and spa, natural health, professional hair and nails, and accessories.
For those who want to expand their network in the beauty industry, the expo will hold a business matchmaking session that allows you to arrange meetings with exhibitors and visitors before, during and after the show. Registration can be done through the official website.

“Indonesia offers huge opportunities for the cosmetics industry given its vast domestic market, the availability of qualified human resources as well as the immense potential of local basic herbal ingredients,” said Afrida Sustion Niar, the Industry Ministry's deputy director for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, in a press release on Thursday.
Business-oriented seminars, presentations, performances and competitions are scheduled to be held as well at the expo. (kes)
