pcoming biopic, Jackie finally has a teaser trailer released, featuring Academy Award winner Natalie Portman, who plays president John F. Kennedy’s spouse, Jackie Kennedy.
The historical drama, directed by Chilean film maker Pablo Larrain, tells the story of the former first lady’s ordeal following her husband’s assassination in 1963. Jackie premiered at the Venice Film Festival, receiving positive reviews, some even predict the role to be Natalie’s third Oscar nomination.

In the trailer, viewers are presented with flashbacks of Jackie’s White House life, who once famously referred to her husband as Camelot, “There will be great presidents again, but there will never be another Camelot.”
Richard Burton’s Broadway recording of Camelot ignites a haunting feeling throughout the movie, portraying iconic moments of Jackie’s life. The record may have been an homage to JFK and Jackie’s intimate moments, as the couple once told the press that they love listening to the Camelot recording.

With minimal dialogue, the trailer observes Jackie’s post-White House life when she married Greek shipping magnate, Aristotle Onassis.
Natalie Portman was nominated for her first Oscar in 2005 for Best Supporting Actress in the movie Closer and won an Oscar in 2011 for Best Actress in Black Swan. Jackie will premiere in theaters on December 2.
