Reunited after 14 years, first-generation K-pop group S.E.S has returned with a bang.

The trio announced their latest single “Love [story]” on S.M. Station, S.M. Entertainment’s digital music platform, Monday morning. The song is part of the group’s long-term project “Remember,” which commemorates the band’s upcoming 20th debut anniversary next year.

The track ranked among the top five on major local music charts, including Olleh, Mnet, Naver Music, Bugs and Monkey3, upon its release, according to S.M. Entertainment.

Produced in collaboration with some of the agency’s leading composers, “Love [story]” is a remastered mash-up of the band’s hit singles “I am Your Girl” and “Love” from the 1990s.

The group is also gearing up for its year-end concerts, titled “Remember, the Day,” which will take place at Sejong University in Seoul on Dec. 30 and 31. This will be its first performance as a group in 16 years.

Meanwhile, S.E.S is working on a new album scheduled for released in January.
