Many hotels in Jakarta offer a romantic escape on this day to cater to guests looking to have a special occasion with their significant other. Below are some of them.
Situated on the 22nd floor of the Fairmont Hotel, the VIEW Restaurant & Bar offers a breathtaking view of the Jakarta skyline. On Valentine's Day, visitors can expect to enjoy contemporary European cuisine with Asian influences, such as a five-course aphrodisiac meal served with sparkling wine with starting price of Rp 1.9 million (US$143).
Prior to dinner, the hotel also offers a romantic Le Amour Afternoon Tea at the Peacock Lounge from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. The afternoon tea, consisting of cakes, chocolates, scones and open sandwiches served with a special flower tea for two, is priced at Rp 488,000.

Executive chef Marco Riva at the Alto Restaurant and Bar has prepared special meals for Valentine's Day, starting from foie gras and lobster ravioli to Barolo wine-glazed wagyu beef tenderloin and Italian dessert with a starting price of Rp 1,380,000 per person. While having a romantic dinner, guests can enjoy the panoramic views from the restaurant’s 20th floor terrace.
A candlelight dinner accompanied with violin music is also on offer at the hotel’s Pool Terrace. Reservations are required as the space is limited.

The hotel's Café Gran Via offers a Valentine's dinner buffet with a selection of dishes from around the world with a starting price of Rp 355,000. Japanese food buffs can opt to visit Yoshi Izakaya for a romantic Japanese dinner priced at Rp 722,000.
Gran Melia’s pastry chef has also prepared Valentine's cupcakes, chocolate cakes and cake pops at the El Bombon Gourmet & Pastry.

A poolside dinner under the stars will be one of the highlights of Pullman Thamrin's Valentine's Day celebration. With a starting price of Rp 1.8 million, the package includes a five-course dinner, a bottle of sparkling wine, rose petals and chocolate.
