Live-streaming singing contest Voice of Bigo Live Indonesia is set to return for its second season this month.

Hosted by live-streaming application Bigo, the audition phase will run until Aug. 14.

Those wanting to join the contest can sign-up on Bigo Live, click on the contest’s banner and fill in their data. Once the registration process is complete, contestants will need to upload a singing video on Instagram titled “2nd Voice of Bigo (Indonesia)" alongside #bigovoice hashtag. They also have to tag and follow the company’s official Instagram account @bigoliveid.

According to kompas.comthe contest's first round will run on Aug. 17-21, followed by a second round on Aug. 23-27.

The top five finalists will be invited to showcase their singing talent in the grand final on Aug. 30-31 and have the opportunity to win some prizes, including MacBook Pro, iPhone 7 and home recording package.

Those interested to participate can upload their music video from different genre. However, Zhang said the video should not feature SARA (ethnicity, religion, race and class) discrimination, cigarettes and pornography contents. (jes/kes)
