Technology is said to be helping increase the popularity of pre-loved goods.
inkerlust CEO Samira Shihab said during the GDP Power Lunch event at The Hermitage hotel in Central Jakarta on Tuesday that technology helped customers understand that pre-loved goods were not merely used items.
“As customers are getting more acquainted with digital [technology], they are becoming more online [-friendly] and mature [in the digital landscape],” she said.
