Online platform Kaskus launches video platform
Online forum Kaskus has had a revamp and introduced a new feature: video site Kaskus TV.

ollowing the presentation of 10 discussion channels on hobbies and interests last month, online forum Kaskus has continued to revamp its platform by adding video site Kaskus TV launched this week.
Closely integrated with the Kaskus Forum, Kaskus TV is a video site offering short programs and videos about interests, hobbies and lifestyle topics, the platform said in a statement. In presenting the content, Kaskus TV collaborates with hobbyists, communities and content partners.
"Kaskus TV presents content which has been specifically curated to relate the interests and hobbies corresponding to the main focus of Kaskus. In this initial stage, Kaskus TV presents more than 45 programs with a total duration of more than 200 hours of videos," Kaskus chief executive officer Edi Taslim said in a statement.

Among the programs available include Bermusik (Making Music), which is hosted by Adib Hidayat with guests including Dipha Barus, Armand Maulana, Ari Lasso and Sheryl Sheinafia.
Partners of the TV platform to create content also include Narasi.TV, Endeus.TV, Opini.id, SuperMusic, SuperAdventure, Indonesia Kaya, DailySocial, Kumparan, as well as Visinema Pictures for short films. (liz/wng)
