he house of accessories and lifestyle collections Coach inaugurated its new store in Senayan City shopping mall on Tuesday. This brand’s 10th store in Indonesia occupies a 203 square-meter space, designed by its creative director Stuart Vevers in cooperation with William Sofield, designer and president of Studio Sofield.
Claimed to be the largest Coach store in Indonesia, it offers ready-to-wear collections for women and men, as well as bags, small leather goods, footwear, accessories and jewelry.
A special feature of the store is Coach Create at its craftsmanship bar. Coach Create provides a design-it-yourself service for customers who wish to customize the Coach goods they purchase.

According to a press release, a local Coach craftsman would give guidance to customers on customization at Coach Create. Customers would be able to have their bags and small leather goods personalized with embellishments such as leather tea roses, souvenir pins, prairie rivets or a whipstitch.
Moreover, at the craftsmanship bar, customers who have purchased Coach goods in the store can use such services as personalized monogramming, leather care and cleaning for their accessories.
Among guests at the store’s opening reception were actors, celebrities and fashion enthusiasts, taking group photos with sizable Coach boxes as the background or mingling around the craftsmanship bar. (sop/mut)
