British Youtuber and author Lex Croucher had made it her goal to help young people achieve their personal best through her latest book. Titled You’re Crushing It!: Positivity for living your REAL life, it explains the ups and downs of life and how to deal with it.
Croucher stated in a vlog that the book is structured around “her own affirmations”, all of which include a few stories as well as advice.
With her dry, witty humor and illustrations of the main highlights in each section, Croucher easily reaches out to her target audience.

For instance, her argument on being busy and how too much work can affect you is one of the many examples of a reminder to give yourself a break once in a while. She explains: “Even if you’re an extrovert, constantly being busy will eventually take its toll.”
