JAKARTA: Preparing herself to look her best for the upcoming new album launch, singer Nafa Urbach strives to loss some weight and trims down her fat.
"I have to lose this fat," Nafa said as quoted by entertainment news portal detik.com on Monday.
Pointing at her hips and thighs, the singer explained that dancing rehearsals work best for her in the effort to look leaner, as well as keeping her fit all the time. The sweaty dancing hours have made her lose some 13 kilograms as she now weighs 55 kilos.
Living an urban life, the temptation of food often threatens to ruin her diet.
"I cannot help the pang of starvation. But, then I keep reminding myself of the hours I spent at the fitness center," she said.
With now a leaner figure, Nafa feels that she's ready to perform during the launch of her pop-dance album scheduled in July. - JP
