ANGERANG: The body of an unidentified man was found on a roadside near the German
Center building in Bumi Serpong Damai city, Serpong, South Tangerang, early Friday.
Serpong Police chief Insp.

Budi Hermanto said the man died after blood loss from stab wounds.

“As of now, we are still trying to identify the body that was first found at 3.a.m..

“The body was sent to Tangerang General Hospital morgue for postmortem examination,” he said.
He said the autopsy results at the hospital would confirm whether the man, about 20 years old with an oval-shaped face and tanned skin, was a murder victim.

He said the police alleged that the modus of the suspected murder was vehicle theft with violence because close to the body, officers found a blue Kawasaki Kaze R motorcycle left with its key.

“We have checked the document of the motorcycle but the ownership had been transferred three times,” Budi added.

“We cannot determine whether the motorcycle belongs to the victim or the suspect,” he said adding that the officer had received four reports of motorcycle theft on Jl. Raya Serpong this week. — JP
