JAKARTA: Prisia Nasution, who nabbed the Best Actress Award at the Indonesian Film Festival awards ceremony on Saturday, said the award was motivation for her to make better films in the future.
Prisia won Best Actress for her role in Sang Penari (The Dancer).
“I am very happy and thankful. I still can’t believe this because it is my first film and I have already received an award for it,” she said.
She added that she has waited for a long time to break into film.
“The award should not be a burden. It can be a burden or a motivation depending on how one sees it. But for me, it is a motivation,” she said as reported by kapanlagi.com.
