The Roxette duo – Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle – is coming to town. The Swedish band is returning to the stage after Fredriksson’s recovery from brain surgery in 2002.
The duo enthralled music lovers with its hits “The Look” and “Listen to Your Heart” in 1989 and left people wanting more with “It Must Have Been Love” in 1990.
Roxette continued recording their upcoming tour album — Traveling – while on the road in 2011 during the duo’s first stage appearances since the Crash! Boom! Bang! tour in 1994 and 1995. Roxette is set to perform in Jakarta at Mata Elang International Stadium (MEIS) in Ancol, North Jakarta, on March 3 at 8 p.m. For more information, please visit bigdaddy.co.id.

The EKI Dance Company will present Kabaret Oriental: Anak Emas Juragan Batik (The batik trader’s golden child) at the Jakarta Playhouse on March 21 to 24.
On stage will be celebrities such as Sarah Sechan, Cynthia Lamusu, Uli Herdinansyah, Ary Kirana, Bayu Oktara and, of course, the EKI Dance Company.
Founded by Aiko Senosoenoto and Rusdy Rukmarata in 1996, EKI has evolved into a culture and arts center, presenting artists who specialize in modern dance, choreography and acting. Exhibition
Computer nerds, stand by to unleash your inner geek: Mega Bazaar Computer is set to visit a city near you. The exhibition will be in Bandung, West Java; Jakarta; Makassar, South Sulawesi; and Malang and Surabaya, East Java, between Feb. 29 and March 4.
