fter disappearing for a long time from the local entertainment scene, actor Anjasmara is back in a new television show — albeit on the other end of the cameras as a producer.

His new situation comedy, Parkir Pak Le, has been airing on local TV station TransTV four days a week since Oct. 22.

“I’ve not gone anywhere, I’m still here. It’s just that I haven’t shown up on screen. I have another job on Parkir Pak Le with TransTV now,” said the 36-year-old husband of actress Dian Nitami, as quoted by tribunnews.com.

According to him, he only intends to produce TV movies and series for the foreseeable future and has no plans to go back in front of the cameras.

Parkir Pak Le tells of the comical misadventures of a group of valet parking officers. The series’ title itself is a pun on the Indonesian translation of “valet parking”.
