T Intiland has commenced the development of the Praxis superblock project in Surabaya's central business district (CBD).

The groundbreaking ceremony took place on March 20. Praxis is being built with the concept of sustainable superblock in which holds businesses, residences and entertainment centers in the same premises.

'A superblock in the center of a city will provide access to premium locations,' explained Intiland vice president and chief operating officer Sinarto Dharmawan.

Aside from having an apartment, office space and retail outlets, Praxis comes complete with such facilities as theater, multifunction room, gymnasium and swimming pool. Praxis also has a star-level hotel for those who need accommodations in the center of the city.
