he Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) began questioning three suspects on Monday about an alleged bribery scandal involving Constitutional Court (MK) judge Patrialis Akbar regarding a judicial review process done by the court.
The three suspects, Ng Fenny, Kamaluddin and Basuki Hariman, came to the antigraft body headquarters three separate times. Patrialis was accused of receiving money from Basuki, a big player in the beef importing business.
"The KPK questioned them as witnesses," KPK spokesperson Priharsa Nugraha told The Jakarta Post.

KPK investigators arrested the four suspects in three separate places in Jakarta last Wednesday during a sting operation in connection to a judicial review of Law no. 41/2014 on cattle and animal health.
The KPK team arrested Patrialis at Grand Indonesia mall in Jakarta for allegedly accepting US$200,000 from Basuki, aiming to influence the decision-making process of the review.
The KPK has confiscated the draft of the judicial review verdict as evidence. (dan)
