akarta-owned PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) will provide 24 additional buses during Idul Fitri holidays to serve popular tourist destinations in Jakarta.
The extra buses will accommodate holidaymakers who want to visit places such as the Ragunan Zoo, National Monument (Monas), Kota Tua (Old Town) and Ancol Dreamland Park, Transjakarta spokesperson Wibowo said on Tuesday as quoted by kompas.com.

As many as 10 extra buses will serve Corridor 1 (Blok M-Kota).
A total of 45 buses are now serving the route that passes through Monas and Kota Tua.
Meanwhile, Transjakarta is currently operating 32 buses along Corridor 5 (Kampung Melayu-Ancol).
Another seven buses have been added to Corridor 6 connecting Dukuh Atas with Ragunan.
In addition, Transjakarta has provided buses to Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) and the Jakarta Fair (PRJ).
“We have also provided five buses for the Grogol-TMII route,” Wibowo said. (hol/bbs)
