View all search resultsakarta Governor Anies Baswedan ordered city officials to help prevent the possible vandalism of Asian Games banners erected in several parts of the city.
He said he had received reports about Asian Games property that had been vandalized.
“All city mayors and Public Order Agency (Satpol PP) officers should patrol their areas to help secure the banners. They should check them regularly. It should be stopped,” Anies added on Friday as reported by kompas.com.
“This is one of the topics discussed with the Indonesia Asian Games Organizing Committee (INASGOC) at a meeting yesterday,” he said. (ami)
