The five-star Park Lane Hotel Jakarta in Casablanca, South Jakarta, has been rebranded as the Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. With the new name, the hotel seeks to provide more personalized services for its guests.
The rebranded hotel adopts the name of its operator, multinational hotel management company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The rebranded hotel officially opened its doors to guests using the new name on Dec. 31, 2018. It is operated by three property management companies in Indonesia: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Indonesia, PT Manajemen Hotel Wyndham and PT Staco Graha.
The hotel is located in a Jakarta business hub, in close proximity to South Jakarta’s various office buildings and leisure centers.
“The hotel is strategically located in South Jakarta’s business hub, surrounded by interesting places as well. It makes the hotel ideal for domestic and foreign travelers who come to Indonesia’s capital city. Many of these travelers have also visited Jakarta, due to the city’s important status as home to the ASEAN Secretariat, among others,” Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Southeast Asia and Pacific Rim president and managing director Joon Aun-Ooi said in a press release.
According to the hotel’s press release, with its rebranding, the hotel also seeks to provide a more personalized hospitality experience for each guest, in keeping with what modern travelers currently demand from hospitality outlets.
Furthermore, the press release continued that Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta would work closely with its operating company, PT Wyndham Hotel Management, to design a more personalized and unforgettable service approach for its guests.
The hotel also boasts 12 multipurpose rooms fully equipped with state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities for various meeting, incentive, conventions and exhibition purposes.
