Top teams to compete at ONE E-sports Dota 2 Jakarta qualifiers

-sports aficionados can catch their favorite regional Dota 2 teams compete against the best Dota 2 teams in the world. The teams, namely T1 of Indonesia, Tyrants Uprising from Singapore and Team Oracle from Malaysia have made it through to the ONE E-sports Dota 2 invitational regional qualifiers in Jakarta to square off with invited team Boom Esports!
Winners of the regional qualifiers from Southeast Asia automatically qualify for the ONE E-sports Dota 2 Jakarta invitational, where they will be able to compete against the world’s best Dota 2 pro teams for a share of the US$500,000 prize pool. Flights and accommodation for winners will be covered by ONE E-sports.
The Jakarta regional qualifiers will be held from March 14 to 15 at Taman Anggrek shopping mall. The action can also be streamed through twitch.tv/oneesportsgg.
E-sports is luring many youngsters as players and game producers. Singer turned-political figure Giring Ganesha, who recently organized the President’s Cup, the country’s biggest e-sports competition, said the government had vowed to improve the sports and online game industry.
