Who is Karen? Succesful Pertamina leader, now graft suspect
Karen Galaila Agustiawan was the first woman to lead state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina, challenging male domination of the industry. On Wednesday afternoon, she was named a suspect by the Attorney General’s Office for alleged graft related to a state-owned investment in Basker Manta Gummy Australia in 2009.

Ex-Pertamina director, Karen Agustiawan, named corruption suspect
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) has named a former director of state-owned oil company Pertamina, Karen Galaila Agustiawan, a suspect in a corruption case related to the company’s investment in the Basker Manta Gummy (BMG) block, Australia, in 2009. The graft case has reportedly caused Rp 568 billion (US$39.7 million) in state losses.
