View all search resultsFinancial Services Authority (OJK) data showed that last year, only Rp 32.52 trillion (US$2.25 billion) or 15 percent of P2P loan disbursements went to borrowers outside of Java, signaling a wide untapped market on other Indonesian islands.
With the latest investment from Gojek, LinkAja has raised a total investment of more than US$100 million through its series B funding. The investment came after ride-hailing company Grab led a $100 million funding for LinkAja in November last year.
GoPay has the highest number "organic" users with 54 percent of respondents willing to continue using the e-wallet without promotions. OVO came in second with 29 percent organic users while DANA and LinkAja had 11 percent and 6 percent, respectively.
