Home-based workers: One pay check for entire family
Most homeworkers — the vast majority of whom are women — work without job security, far removed from occupational health and safety standards and for payment that is often well below a living wage. Currently there are no regulations in Indonesia that explicitly recognize or regulate homeworkers.

At least 80 percent of domestic worker mistreatment cases reported to law enforcement in Jakarta this year do not enter legal processing as they are discontinued by police, the National Network for Domestic Workers Advocacy (Jala PRT) has said.
