Car rental service now available on Traveloka
Traveloka's latest service allows users to rent a car while traveling in 11 Indonesian cities.

nline travel agent Traveloka has launched a new car rental service to complement its current services like flight, hotel and train bookings.
According to kompas.com, the service is available in 11 cities, including Jakarta, Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta, Makassar, Palembang, Malang, Balikpapan, Surabaya, Semarang and Bandung.
"We are offering this car rental service as part of out commitment to present a fun travel experience to our customers," said Traveloka business development senior vice president Christian Suwarna in a statement.
Cooperating with 11 car rental partners, the service is said to provide various types of vehicles to cater to every need, including an all-inclusive package consisting of fuel, parking and tolls, meals for the driver, as well as accommodation for the driver for those traveling outside the city.

Users will be able to rent a car at least 12 hours prior to pick-up time via the online travel agent's latest version app. After choosing city, date, duration of travel and pick-up time, customers can then choose the type of car they want and fill out personal data, pick any additional package and choose their preferred payment method.
After paying for the service, Traveloka will conduct verification and then send a booking voucher to their email. The car rental partner will then send the driver's contact within 24 hours prior to pick-up time. (kes)
