This weekend, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) will participate in the Indonesia Festival in the Norwegian capital of Oslo.
Themed "Wonderful Indonesia: A land of diversity”, the festival is a collaborative effort between the Foreign Ministry and the Indonesian Embassy in Oslo and is being organized to integrate promotions for tourism, trade and investment.

Participants from NTT will perform dances from Sabu Raijua and promote various products from small and medium-sized enterprises. These NTT goods include assorted foods and snacks such as kelor (moringa) snacks, kelor chips, cashew nuts, beef jerky and kelor cake. Various coffees such as Arabica coffee from Bajawa, Manggarai and Sumba will also be promoted.
In a statement, Indonesian Ambassador to Norway Todung Mulya Lubis stated that the festival was aimed at strengthening community relations, an important asset in supporting bilateral engagement.
“The festival is an opportunity to promote cultural diversity and the richness of Indonesia's natural resources to the Norwegian community," said Todung. (nic/kes)
