ome entertainment, especially video games, has been especially growing in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic amid the global shift in consumer behavior, as people around the world spend more time at home.

Indonesian consumers have been no different, and the rising demand for video games has prompted BenQ Teknologi Indonesia to constantly innovate its electronics products to keep customers entertained and satisfied.

BenQ’s newest line of Android TV-powered projectors to hit the market are the TK700STi 4K HDR gaming projector, the TH685i HDR console gaming projector and the W2700i 4K HDR home theater projector. All employ the Academy Award-winning Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, and combine various resolutions to set up an all-in-one premium home entertainment center.

The launch follows BenQ claiming the No. 1 market share in the 4K projector segment in the Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa for the past three years. This proves the electronics company’s continuing commitment to enriching consumers’ lives with innovative and diverse world-class products to meet their home entertainment needs.

Best-ever gaming experience

Projectors with 4K high dynamic range (HDR) resolution can boost a gamer’s play and reaction time, and the BenQ TK700STi, the world’s first 4K HDR gaming projector, is just the device to deliver the best audio-visual quality for the best-ever gaming experience.

With high brightness of 3,000 lumens (lm), 96 percent Rec.709 (the cinematic color standard for Hollywood films), HDR game compatibility and input lag of mere 16 milliseconds (ms), the TK700STi offers the best visual experience and quickest gaming response among home projectors.

Meanwhile, the TH685i console gaming projector is perfect for fast-paced sports, reaction-critical frames per second (FPS) and timing-dependent battles, delivering 3500 lm of ultra brightness, Full HD 1080p game compatibility, a low input lag of 8.3 ms and a special Game Mode that offers sharp contrast for smooth gameplay, even during the day.

It also has a built-in 5-watt speaker that features a Game Sound Mode with Advanced Feedback Suppression (AFS) for audio-immersive play. The TH685i is also Google-certified for Android TV and Google Play Store.
