Zayn Malik is telling his life story.
Penguin Random House announced Tuesday that it will publish the 23-year-old's "first autobiography."
"Zayn" will be released Nov. 1.

The book will include personal photographs and drawings from the former One Direction band member. Malik quit the group in 2015 and released his solo debut, "Mind of Mine," earlier this year. He canceled scheduled concerts in the United Kingdom and Dubai in recent months because of "extreme anxiety around major live solo performances."
The singer-songwriter says he wrote an autobiography so his fans "can judge me on my own terms, not on what the press or anyone else says."
