Canon officially introduced its latest product for the high-end digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) segment in Jakarta on Wednesday.
Set to compete with rivals like Nikon D810 and Sony a7S II, Canon EOS 5D Mark IV boasts a 30.4 megapixel full-frame sensor, Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology, Dual Pixel RAW and wireless connections, including Wi-Fi and NFC. It also features video recording technology with 4K (4096 x 2160) quality at 30p frame rate speed with 17:9 aspect ratio.

"I think 5D Mark IV brings many enhanced features, especially in terms of 4K video recording capability, in order to compete with its rivals like Sony a7S II," Michael Harun, a professional photographer, told The Jakarta Post.
Distributed by PT Datascrip, the product is said to be available in Indonesia for Rp 49,625,000 (US$3817) for body only, Rp 62,200,000 including EF 24-70mm F/4 L IS lens kit, and Rp 65,450,000 including EF24-105mm F/4L IS II USM lens kit. (kes)
