mobile application that facilitates users' large-scale logistics and transportation needs by providing trucks, tow trucks and buses was launched on Wednesday.
Developed by PT Phos Tekno Indonesia, On-Trucks is currently available for Android and is coming soon for iOS devices.
As reported by dailysocial.id, the app features a loading security code and driver position tracking that can be viewed in real time.
Similar to other transportation-hailing apps, customers can utilize On-Trucks by entering their address and choosing their preferred type of transportation. The service currently has seven types of goods transportation, including a small pick-up truck option, extra-large pick-up trucks and trailers from 20 to 40 feet in size. It also provides three types of tow trucks, as well as large, medium, small and mini buses that can be used for road trips.

“Our towing [service] can be easily used by those who need a fast towing service,” said On-Trucks chief public relations officer Leonardo Sitorus.
After selecting the transportation type, users can choose ‘Use My Location’ to guide a driver to their location. Upon confirming the service, the app will search for the nearest driver. Fees depend on distance and location. (wir/kes)
