Independent Research and Advisory Indonesia (IRAI) CEO Lin Che Wei said during a press conference that the local arts industry was still lacking a curatorial process. “It makes us confused when we want to exhibit Indonesian products overseas,” he said. Since we are currently entering the globalization era, Lin suggests the nation promote and curate local products.
The quarterly exhibition calls on the government and private institutions to recognize that innovation in creative industries and food commodities could help represent the country in a global setting. (kes)
