n online grocery service initiated by Ranch Market and Farmers Market, KeSupermarket.com, has introduced a feature that allows customers to pick up their items in their preferred supermarket branch after placing an order online.
According to dailysocial.id, those who want to use the “Collect in Store” feature require an account on KeSupermarket.com. After selecting the most convenient retail store based on their location, customers can choose items in varying quantities and later enter their home address or the store’s address and the preferred payment system. The items will be available in the offline store at least two hours after the online order and customers are advised to collect their groceries within 24 hours.

The offline stores that currently apply this feature are Ranch Market Grand Indonesia, Ranch Market Lotte Shopping Avenue, Ranch Market South Quarter, Ranch Market Pondok Indah, Farmers Market One Bell Park and Farmers Market Epicentrum.
