President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo recently shared his first video blog (vlog) on his social media accounts.
Antara News Agency reported that the President uploaded two videos on Saturday. The first video shows Jokowi standing in front of the presidential plane before heading to Maguwoharjo Stadium in Sleman, Yogyakarta, to attend the 2017 President’s Cup soccer competition.
“Now, I will fly to the 2017 President’s Cup tournament at Maguwoharjo Stadium in Yogyakarta. Do not forget to watch the match and keep up the sporting spirit [and] play fair. Let's support national soccer,” he said.

The other video presents Jokowi inside the stadium. He says in the video he is watching the match between PSS Sleman and Persipura Jayapura.
“Let's watch [the match]. Happy watching. Keep moving forward Indonesian soccer,” Jokowi says.
Like other vloggers, the President also wrote a caption for the posts, explaining the situation. (jes/asw)
