BlackBerry's latest smartphone, the KEYone, was revealed by Chinese smartphone manufacturer TCL on Saturday.
Announced during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the BlackBerry KEYone is the first smartphone produced after the Canadian tech company BlackBerry signed an agreement to give TCL the rights to use its brand.
The Verge reported that the device combines Google’s Android operating system with BlackBerry’s sleek design.
Mobility Solutions for BlackBerry's senior vice president and general manager Alex Thurber said in a press release, “We have worked closely with TCL to build security and the BlackBerry experience into every layer of KEYone, so the BlackBerry DNA remains very much in place."
