ong Yoo was chosen as the No. 1 male celebrity that Korean women want to receive gifts from on White Day, according to a local online research company. March 14 is celebrated in Korea similarly to Valentine’s Day.
PMI conducted the recent survey among 2,000 Korean women from their 20s to 40s. They responded to the question: “Who is the one celebrity you want to receive candies from on White Day?”
Nearly 23 percent of respondents picked Gong Yoo. Park Bo-gum ranked No. 2, followed by Song Joong-ki. Other mentions on the list included Hyun Bin and Zo In-sung.

Meanwhile, 2,000 Korean men in the same age group also participated in a corresponding survey, which asked: “Who is the one celebrity you want to give candies to on White Day?
AOA’s Seolhyun topped the list, followed by Suzy in second and Park Bo-young at No. 3. Other mentions on the list included Song Hye-kyo and Han Hyo-joo.
