ritish rock band Pink Floyd will reportedly release an unheard and instrumental version of its song “Interstellar Overdrive” on April 15.
The 14-minute and 57-second track will be distributed on 12-inch vinyl. It will also come with a foldout poster and an A6 postcard from an event in London in 1967, according to The Guardian.
“Interstellar Overdrive” was recorded in 1966. The shorter version of the song, which is almost 10 minutes long, had been included on the band’s debut album The Piper at the Gates of Dawn released in 1967.
