Singer Sir Paul McCartney has filmed a cameo for the newest installment of Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean and treated fans to a sneak peak of his role through an Instagram post.

Captioned #PiratesLife, the picture depicts McCartney looking directly at the camera, eyes complete with heavy eye shadow, dressed in a coat and with long, dark hair covered in a bandana and a pirate’s hat.

While the caption did not reveal who exactly he would be playing, a report from E! Online found a cast list that has the Beatle portraying a jail guard. 

In March, Deadline reported that the cameo of McCartney was "an extra big set-piece scene” that was filmed after the production wrapped. (sul/kes)
