Legendary US rock band Foo Fighters is set to hold concerts in three Asian countries this August.

According to its official website, the band, which consists of Dave Grohl, Taylor Hawkins, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett and Pat Smear, will perform at Jamsil Soccer Field in Seoul, South Korea, on Aug. 22, Challenger Hall Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, on Aug. 24 and the National Stadium in Singapore on Aug. 26.

Tickets will be available from May 22 for the band’s concert in Bangkok and May 23 for its performances in Seoul and Singapore.

According to The Straits Times, Foo Fighters last performed in Singapore over 20 years ago when it wowed the audience at the WTC Harbor Pavilion in 1996. The band was set to return to the country in 2012, but later cancelled.

Prior to its concerts in the aforementioned cities, the band is also slated to headline the annual music festival Summer Sonic in Osaka and Tokyo on Aug. 19 and 20, respectively. (kes)
