The two celebrities haven’t released an official statement on their engagement, but Raisa's official Instagram account confirmed the engagement.
A wave of Raisa and Hamish’s engagement photos dominated social media Monday morning, and a number of netizens declared May 21 Hari Patah Hati Nasional (National Heartbreak Day) with a hashtag #HariPatahHatiNasional along with funny comments.

Raisa Andriana is a popular singer known for her hit songs such as “Serba Salah,” “Terjebak Nostalgia” and “Mantan Terindah.” She is an award-winning singer-songwriter and actress.
Hamish Daud Wyllie is an Indonesian-Australian who has been building his acting career in Indonesia since 2013. He recently starred in an Indonesian movie titled Trinity, The Nekad Traveler.
