L

egendary rock band Slank is set to perform at the annual multi-genre music event Synchronize Festival 2017 slated for three days from Oct. 6 to 8 at the Gambir Expo Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

The band consisting of Kaka, Abdee, Bimbim, Ridho and Ivan will share the stage with other local musicians, including Bali-based punk rock band Superman Is Dead (SID), rock band Seringai, a collaboration between Maliq & D’Essentials and The Groove dubbed D’essentials of Groove, DJ duo Diskoria and pop band Kahitna.

According to kompas.com, this year's festival would feature a total of 78 performers, including Indonesia's legendary singer Ebiet G. Ade, Barasuara, Naif and Indische Party.  

A three-day early entry tickets are currently available throughout August with prices starting at Rp 250,000 (US$18). (wir/kes)
