ndonesian singers Raisa Andriana and Isyana Sarasvati won the award for Best Composer of the Year at the 2017 Mnet Asian Music Awards (MAMA) in Hong Kong last week.
The duo jointly received the award for their duet “Anganku Anganmu” (My Dream, Your Dream).
Raisa, who attended the event on Friday, made a post on her Instagram account @raisa6690 over the weekend expressing gratitude for the recognition and thanking relevant parties, including the fan bases of both her and Isyana.
"Personally, it reaches a new high for me as an artist/musician. Thank you to my partner @isyanarasavati, Juni Records & Sony Music Indonesia, and most importantly, thank you YouRaisa & Isyanation!" Raisa wrote in the caption of her post.

Isyana, who was not able to attend the event, also shared the news on her Instagram account @isyanasarasvati.
"This has been an unbelievably beautiful year for me. Being appreciated for what I produced purely from my heart is the best feeling I could imagine," Isyana wrote. "I hope that whatever we do in the future will always be based on the love for our pasison." (liz/kes)
