The annual Big Bad Wolf (BBW) book sale is set to return to Jakarta next month.
The event is slated to take place between March 29 and April 9 at the Indonesian Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD, South Tangerang, Banten.
According to an announcement posted on Instagram, BBW this year will sell more than 5.5 million books throughout the 24-hour, non-stop sale, offering discounts of 60 to 80 percent for imported titles.

Last year’s BBW attracted around 300,000 visitors, with organizers providing 60 cashiers—from the 32 in 2016—in an effort to avoid long lines.
Nevertheless, long lines were unavoidable on some days. During an invitation-only pre-sale event, bulk buyers dominated came in droves, forcing customers to stand in line for up to four hours to pay for their books. (liz/kes)
