You may realize already that dehydration occurs whenever your body is lacking fluid.

You may think that drinking water can quickly ease dehydration, however do note that other than drinking a lot of water, you should also avoid these four things as reported by tempo.co

Consuming caffeine

Consuming a random beverage is not a good option when you are dehydrated. Caffeinated beverages, like tea and coffee, are some examples of drinks to avoid.

Eating spicy foods

When you're feeling dehydrated, do make sure to avoid spicy food as it can increase the temperature level of your body, hence decreasing your body fluids even more.

Staying in an air conditioned-room

Sitting in an air conditioned-room for too long while you are dehydrated may worsen your condition as the cold air can decrease your body humidity.

Over exercising

For health enthusiasts, manage your workout moves according to your body's ability as over exercising can lead to a decrease in body fluids. (kes)
