The fourth edition of the Goût de France (Good France) food festival is slated to return on March 21.
Goût de France is an annual festival held to commemorate French cuisine being named a feature of UNESCO’s Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2010. As a global event, this year’s Goût de France reportedly will involve 3,000 restaurants on five continents.
Meanwhile, in Indonesia, Goût de France will run in 10 cities, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Bali, Makassar, Manado and Minahasa regency, featuring a total of 39 restaurants.

Furthermore, Institut Français d'Indonésie (IFI) said in a press release that Goût de France 2018 would highlight the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in France, which is recognized as a producer of famous French foods, such as foie gras, Charentes-Poitou butter, Périgord strawberries and more.
“Products, flavors and the uniqueness of Nouvelle-Aquitaine [were] the inspirations for chefs and restaurants while preparing the menu for the festival,” said the organization.
