Ingredients:
300 grams watermelon, in small balls
200 grams cantaloupe, in small balls
200 grams fresh strawberries, sliced
200 grams dragon fruit, cubed
200 grams seaweed jelly
50ml condensed milk
20ml rose syrup
30ml simple syrup
1 gram selasih (basil seeds)
Crushed ice
Mint leaves
Simple Syrup Ingredients:
150 grams white sugar
500 ml water
2 tbsp lime juice
Simple Syrup Method:
Boil white sugar, water and lime juice until boiled and sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Es Buah Method:
Place crushed ice in glasses, add fruit.
Trickle simple syrup, rose syrup and condensed milk over the fruit.
Add basil seeds and top with a mint leaf as a garnish.
