ALIKPAPAN, E. Kalimantan: The provincial administration will lengthen the runway of Balikpapan's Sepinggan International Airport from the current 2,500 meters to 3,100 meters.
Governor Awang Faroek Ishak said the extension was aimed at accommodating larger airplanes on international flights.
